The HOA Board of Directors acts on behalf of the Association to manage the affairs of the Association and Blakewood Condominiums. The Board of Directors consists of a five (5) person Board &#8211; President, Vice-President, Secretary, and two (2) board members. All owners must have a policy of insurance on the interior structure of their condo (studs in) commonly referred to as a HO6 policy. The governing documents of Blakewood require owners to provide annually proof of insurance to the HOA.
