Owners must file annually with the HOA the declarations page from their H06 insurance policy<\/strong> for replacement of the interior of the condo. Declarations page can be uploaded on Blakewood website –\u00a0blakewoodhoa.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Owners must maintain an up-to-date Information Form <\/strong>on file with the HOA. Updates include change in email address, change in phone number, change in vehicle ownership, etc. Form can be updated on Blakewood website –\u00a0blakewoodhoa.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Owners\/residents must register all vehicles<\/strong> parked at Blakewood and obtain a car decal<\/strong> for each vehicle within 30 days of occupancy. Contact Board by email at\u00a0hoablakewood@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0to make an appointment.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
